Ways to Dig the All-or-Nothing Mentality..
1. Find your why i mean your true why. We talk a lot about this, and it's with good reason: this is the only thing that could be you to change from, and I hope you make a change. If you get to the root, why do you want to lose weight healthier / lose / etc (And believe me, that has nothing to do with a swimsuit or size), it swings. (And that could lead you to not worry a stupid number and help you to recognize your true value and your value ...)
2. Watch and trust your body. When I was in the weight cycle of yo-yo, I ate and worked for many reasons - it was time, "I had I felt rude - but none of them does anything that could not match with what my body tells me I need. Once I slowed down that my body needed (rest ... a hug ... peanut butter) and began paying attention to my hunger and fullness and honor especially it was difficult to approach anything or anything to survive. Our bodies are incredibly smart and intuitive. Just listen and trust them.
3. Instead of cutting. What is the first thought you have when you said you can not have anything? You want, is not it? So instead of trying to take a number of unhealthy foods or habits in your life, try to replace them with something more healthy - ideally, something you really like. And ...
4. Delete the good and bad labels. The french fries are not bad. Pommes food is not bad! But eating too many of them will give you a stomach ache. Similarly, carrots are not naturally good, and nibbling celery because you think that it is a "good" food is not making you a better person. Take the blame and spoil. Instead try to choose healthy people that you will feel most of the time. (And then, if you have chips, enjoy!)
5. See what happens. Has "problems" with food and exercise can be a blessing. In many ways it's your unconscious I'm trying to tell you something: get this message, you need this "something". Certainly, it is not always fun: This process requires some thought and a real-time with itself. But to make this can lead to great breakthroughs in your life, which are on the scale experienced (and girl, is a lot of your life). Are you self-abusing? Dealing with perfectionism? Do not you think you deserve to be healthy and feel good? Did not you know? What do you really need? (And - spoilers - it might be that you are quite good as you are and that you just love and embrace the amazing person you have now.)
6. Remember to change the power. You know that 1 feel by day? You can do it every day if you want to focus on one thing you want to improve. Do not try to change everything at once. Concentrate on a very feasible thing, like for example more water or take the stairs to drink when you have the opportunity. Then do this thing until it takes more willpower to do it. Then do the other. And then another ... and another ... and others.
7. Practice self-love every day. Forget the ladder; Focus on a good feeling. What can you do today to show unconditional love for yourself? Do that. From today.
The mentality of anything or anything can be so strong - especially if you've been on your way to think of that way for years. But you can trust me - and our graduates challenge 10 4 - when you are told that life is so much better on the other side!
