Why do i keep on doing exercise..

Motivation Through The Decades

Middle Age:  Fortunately, I had a great role model. Mom was not to let you spend television; When she got to the door to get some exercise, I followed. Twice a week, we worked with the most fascinating woman, a retired fashion model that was the epitome of elegance and grace. She was long and slender, but strong as a horse-saddle, and she enjoyed it.

The 1920s:  honestly, at the age of 20, my health was never a motivation factor; It was vanity and want to look good! Will it live forever? I have my first membership in the gym and I signed a contract for lifetime. And you know what? It does not matter. If pride is your motivation now, you will still get the health benefits. Honestly, I hope your greatest concern is how your butt looks and nothing else - it's a lot of time to deal with later on in life with big problems.

Trento: it was muscle in my thirties. My work in the bakery required endurance and strength. The flour sacks weighed 50 pounds and you have your own. After eight hours on my feet, I went straight to the gym and I lifted weights. I was a poor overall myself and I loved it.

Forties: My marriage was rocky, life was exhausting, and my body began to change. I like the routine and nothing was going on when I had planned. After my divorce, everything felt abroad, except for my education. The gym was my rock in the surf, and I thank the forces I wanted to hold me.

Fifty years: Now my motivation is the journey. There is a big, wide world out there and I refuse to see him through the window of a bus! Apart from a low wear, my health is great and I will not let an aging body call the shots.

So you have a mix of motivation over the years. Find a reason to move your body now; Do what it takes to integrate the habit. You will be glad that you did later.

Why did you train today?
