Self-Confidence

Many people have questions about the trust. They want to know where it comes from, what it really is and how to get more. We can judge the validity of these questions when we consider the power of self-confidence in our lives.

I also noticed that there is more than enough to be confused about these issues, even among the outstanding experts.

What confidence can do for you

In fact, self-confidence is often an important asset that competency, knowledge or even experience. This might appear a little stretched, but look closer. Imagine that you have the ability to qualify knowledge and experience for a particular job. If you go for an interview, what will distinguish you from others who are also qualified? In addition, your credentials, what would they force you to hire, rather than someone else?

That's the impression that you do, is not it? Your entitlement proof may be impressive, but if your body language or behavior gives an indication of uncertainty, the interviewer will do this. This can not be aware of it, but at a certain level, your doubts will be their doubts. So the work goes to the person who can mediate the trust in others.

Self-confidence is soothing to others

People have a natural tendency to trust you more if you seem to be sure. To the unconscious, the trust of the jurisdiction is equal. Is this unfair? Well, ask yourself if you hire someone who is not sure of his own abilities? If you need surgery, use a doctor whose first impression allows you to ask how he got his license to exercise? No matter how impressive his credentials, you will find someone else.

Self-confidence creates trust, and everyone wants to be able to trust the people with whom they do business, have fun and fall in love. If you want to trust others, you must trust them. To project reliability, you must project confidence. Certainly, all this is based on perception. They can be a very trustworthy person and they lack self-confidence. There are also people with lots of confidence that you can not trust.

If it is just a perception, why is it important?

Perception is the way we personally look at things; This is our version of reality. If we do not know someone personally, our perception is based on the signals we take their words, body language, expressions, eye contact, etc. We also feel their confidence and this affects our perception.

Have you ever said, "I do not know why, but I do not trust that person?" See, your mind was not a logical reason for your lack of confidence, but you did not always trust her. This is because your perception was influenced at an unconscious level. Perception can not be an absolute reality, but it is your reality and that is all that is important in a situation like this.

Take the torch of trust

Self-confidence is an important issue that I decided to give much more attention to that direction. In the coming articles, I will cover many aspects of this important quality. In this sense I would like your help. I would like your thoughts about three specific questions of trust.

1) 1-4 How important is your self-confidence?
2) What would you do if you have more confidence?
3) Which questions on trust would you react to?
