Today Amazon Prime Video launches worldwide for Xbox One and will be available on the new Xbox One X as soon as it hits stores on November 7th.

The streaming app, the only place to see Amazon Originals as a banner and Mozart in the jungle, will live in Canada, Mexico, France, Italy, Spain and India.

In January 2016, Netflix extended its service to almost every country in the world, making it the only streaming service to do so. But in December of last year, Amazon Prime Video rivaled Netflix and expanded into more than 200 countries and territories around the world.

With the introduction of Amazon Prime Video on Xbox One, Amazon continues with this extension at the platform level.

It also comes at a time when Amazon Studios is evolving and relocating the company to a new location in Culver City, California. The company said it will increase hiring in new creative, technical, marketing and legal roles, with 84 positions available at Amazon Studios.

Premium members who own an Xbox One can instantly download and stream the app for free, while non-Amazon Prime customers can subscribe to Prime Video for $ 9 a month. New Zealanders and Australians can sign up for $ 2.99 / month for the first six months and $ 5.99 / month thereafter, while Brazilians can earn $ 7.90 / month in the first six months. Month and then $ 14.90.
